Aug. 29th, 2011 08:00 pmJust did my 15 minutes of jogging/walking in 2/1 intervals instead of 1/1 intervals. And started out with 3 minutes of jogging! (and not because I started out going down the hill - it's what I did all last week, too.) I sort of want to die right now, but no worse than last week.
I think the weather helped - it's only 75 out there and much less humid than it has been. Three days off for other plans and then weather was perhaps not the best idea, but it looks like I've maintained rather than regressed, so yay, me!
(no, you won't be getting much of this on LJ - I know it's boring as hell. But this is something I haven't done since high school, so it is kind of a big step. But not worth posting about again until I get up to 5 minute intervals, which I'm not exactly hurrying towards.)
